Kelly Dylla and I spoke about making our world more empathetic, compassionate and willing to talk to each other. Movement , the expanded collective and consciousness. SO many quotes said but love this one, " Don't confuse creativity with productivity".
With degrees in both music and business, and a passion for connecting people for community impact and emotional health through arts engagement, Kel Dylla has helped people of all ages access their creativity for over 20 years. Kel is the founder of the Feel Good Arts School, an online arts community that believes unfettered creativity is an essential element towards a more empathetic and compassionate world.
From 2017 - 2020 Kel served as Executive Director for the Kirkland Arts Center, where she shepherded a rapid pivot to online classes at the start of the pandemic. Prior to working in the visual arts, Kel's served as Vice President of Education and Community Engagement at the Seattle Symphony where she launched several programs, including LInk Up: Seattle Symphony. In her early career as a violist and teaching artist, Kel taught in public schools for the New York Philharmonic and the Lincoln Center Institute. Kel earned a Master of Music at the Juilliard School and received a Bachelor of Music from Rice University. She earned an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Arletha Orr is an American author from a small town in Mississippi. Orr initiallystarted working a corporate job until exasperated by it and she eventuallyventured into full time entrepreneurship until she realized that destiny hadother plans for her.

Jayanthi Sankar is a lover of fiction, both in writing and reading, Jayanthi Sankar enjoys expanding her creative world. While living in her fictional world, most of the time she interacts with the characters she forms and shapes. So, writing a novel is more of a process that she truly lives and loves and she’s all into experimenting, especially in her storytelling. Also a watercolour hobbyist, she has been a freelancer for two decades, with three years of experience in journalism. Born and brought up in India, author of three books, she has been living in Singapore since 1990.

Tameeka Leon is a Confidence and Goal Success Coach, founder of the Coffee.Yoga.Life blog, and the Mindful Success Club. She helps high-achieving women redefine what success means to them and create an action plan to make it happen.
Her coaching journey began after fighting her strongest battle with low self-esteem, low self-confidence, and imposter syndrome.
Using what helped her, Tameeka’s methodology combines the “hit it hard, knock it out of the park” style of goal-setting mixed with “I’m listening to my feminine energy and giving my body what it needs” plus a touch of the Law of Attraction.

Giselle Galper and I talked about so much and communication came up often. This quote, " Listen & Prioritize", stood out to me about listening to our inner voice and others and respond accordingly.
Giselle Galper aims to make expert career help accessible: quick, easy, and low-cost. As the daughter of an Argentine immigrant, who went to college while Giselle was growing up, Giselle saw firsthand how difficult it could be for a Latina woman to advance in her career.
While a General Counsel and balancing the life of mom and professional, Giselle started giving talks to groups of women about how to negotiate their pay and navigate through and around bias. Frustrated that there was no way to give people encouragement and additional learning after her talks, Giselle started looking for a career app to solve the problem. Unable to find one, Giselle embarked on the journey of learning how to build a carer app to do just this.
