I learned so much in this conversation with Jessie Liew. A quote that really resonated from our conversation was, " I believe in empowering our children, we cannot be there all of the time". There is such an importance for our children to be more independent while having an awareness of cyber risk.
We talked about family values and how when we listen to our children they are less likely to feel peer pressure.
As a mother of 4, a cybersecurity expert, Jessie also has to face the same task as all parents, which are rearing safe & responsible digital children.
We are living in the digital era, and hence we need new skills to digital parent our children.
She has been able to help parents to become confident digital parents, having better relationships with their children while empowering their children to use electronic devices in a responsible way and staying safe online.
She's been working in Cybersecurity for more than 14 years, shaping employee's Internet habits in corporations.

The context of this quote, " How do I want to feel today", came from our conversation about when we wake up asking ourselves this question. How do we want to dress ( what is our emotion), what do I want to eat and how should I plate it, what music do I want to listen too?
All of these questions allow us to express ourselves in the way we are feeling to be authentic and happy.
Mari Reisberg, LPC is a therapist, performer, podcast host of the Sustaining Creativity Podcast and creativity cultivator.
She holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Hartford’s Hartt School and an MA in Somatic Counseling Psychology, Dance/Movement Therapy, from Naropa University.

This quote, " This is me", came from us talking about pretending for so long to be someone Anja was not which led to depression.
Once she spoke up and started to become more expressive she stepped into her thought leader role as a coach and podcaster.
