Protecting audiences from boring speakers and speeches, Tina Bakehouse has started her own company, Tina B LLC, to provide speaking and storytelling consulting and coaching to help heart-centered leaders and organizations internationally and nationally communicate more effectively.
With more than 20 years of teaching communication and theatre (10 years at Creighton University), a former Disney Cast Member and TEDx speaker and coach, Tina is passionate about educating others to become more self-aware and enhance their speaker style.
After earning two BAs from the University of Northern Iowa, one in communication studies and psychology, and the second in theatre and English teaching, she completed a master’s degree in communication studies through the University of Nebraska-Omaha and completed certificates in Advanced Professional Writing, Keirsey’stemperament theory, Holistic Coaching, and two levels of improvisation training.Her past positions have included Malvern Bank’s Chief Creative Officer, assisting with community development and coordinating financial literacy and educational opportunities forMills County and Golden Hills RC & D as Outreach & Communication Coordinator, promoting the arts and local foods in southwest Iowa.
Tina has performed and coordinated multiple storytelling shows in southwest Iowa, including two teen shows. She continues to use her creativity, leadership, and passion for the arts to help people communicate effectively and solve problems. Tina lives at MapleEdge Farm, a 150-year old family farm in southwest Iowa, with her husband Jon and son Anderson and her beloved goats.

Jeannie Dougherty and I had a lit up conversation about Money identity, Creativity, Dance and oh so much more.
When you understand this quote it is a game changer. " You get what you give".
Jeannie Dougherty is a certified money coach and a mental fitness coach. She helps individuals, couples, and small businesses. She began her career having excellent money skills with her clients to realizing she didn’t create the same standards in her own personal and professional life.
She actually lowered her financial standards in her personal life and chose incompatible partners and created a business that failed 4 times until she finally figured out to manage her own self-sabotaging behaviors. In truth, she felt she was a mess that didn’t see a way out until she found a dance workshop about money. Which then led her to Kundalini Yoga and then to this mental fitness app system.
She has helped hundreds of her clients turn their money stories and their situations around. It gives her great joy she can say the same for her own life. She’s a walking financial miracle and will share with anyone who will listen what she sees and how she can help. Oh btw, she has a rare financial skill, she can read your money aura.

These monthly podcast discussions are all about bringing together different people to have a discussion around the topic of parenthood with various themes. Here we get to laugh, be serious, be curious and ask questions and listen to each other.
This is a safe space to connect with fellow parents and discover care for self and our children and show up as the most authentic human and parent that we can be.
We will be opening up our online space January of 2023. It is all about creating community to dive into topics of parenting that may not be talked about very much and allow a space to be real.
