"Creativity build connection and sheds conditioning" ! That quote just grabs you. Falyn Morningstar and I explored her interesting morning routine, talking about disassociation of self , awareness and oh so much more..
Falyn Morningstar graduated with a Business degree, concentrating in International Management, with minors in both Geography Earth Science and Spanish. While working in an engineering department for a municipality, she decided to go back to school to pursue a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering.
Falyn has always had a passion for physical fitness, which has paralleled with her career choices. She's earned two powerlifting records and became a personal trainer.
After going through a health crisis at age 26 with hormone, gut dysfunction and unconscious trauma, she made major lifestyle shifts, and continues to do so today.
In 2021, she became a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner. With this certification, and the research she continues to do today, it provides her with the ability to order functional lab tests for clients and educates about balancing mineral status, healing metabolism, curing fatigue and reconnecting to your true self through emotional exploration.

Robert Case and I covered so much ground. We touched on intuition, synchronicity, being a soon to be published author and so much more.
Loved this quote, " Leave the door ajar, answers come from wherever they come from."
He talked to plants as a child and started listening as an adult. When he was a child his parents used to call him the absent-minded professor, and yet he managed to get a doctorate in clinical pharmacy. He went into the psychiatric-medical world which all changed when an AHA moment, or Grace, visited him as he was nearing completion of his psychiatric pharmacotherapy residency.
Things started happening that neither he, or his studies could explain. He was learning that illness does not start in the physical body, and could be understood, and treated best through the subtle body. Each illness and treatment is a multidimensional experience where consciousness is the healer. Nature, including humanity, is more connected and beautiful than he ever imagined. Except, he still has difficulty including himself.
Then his greatest teacher unexpectedly arrived when was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 23 years ago. Summary of those chapters is this: the pain we carry could be the seeds of physical illness or the call to compassion and healing. He had to learn all over again that his intuition, and his compassionate heart, are his greatest gifts. More importantly, these need to be shared with the Earth and humanity because they need them now!
